Shipping

Order Process

As soon as your order is received, the dispatch process starts on the same working day. Dispatch of your order is normally made within 2-5 working days. In some outlying regions, delivery time may be up to 7 working days. All orders are delivered by DPD.

Order Address

We ship to selected 14 countries within EU* (Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.)

Please note that we only ship to the mainland of Europe. We do not deliver to certain smaller islands. In addition, the countries we deliver to may vary depending on the specific website for each country, and shipping costs may vary based on the destination country and distance. You can arrange for the order to be delivered to an alternative address to the billing address. Please select this option whilst processing your payment. 

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email message with a link to track your order.

Delivery Cost

Shipping costs may vary based on the destination country and distance. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed before you complete checkout, after you provide your shipping address.

For purchases of items exceeding EUR 100,00, delivery is free of charge. Orders below EUR 100,00 will incur a delivery charge of EUR 10,00. Please note that the shipping charges may vary by country.

Returns

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your product, you may do so within 28 days of delivery so long as the product is in its original packaging in unused condition. Please include proof of purchase with your return for a full refund.  We will pay for the costs of returning the items. If a customer makes a purchase and receives a free item as part of a promotion, the customer will also need to return the free item if they return the item they paid for.

However, the product(s) must be returned undamaged and properly packaged. If the product(s) is/are damaged after delivery or if it/they are not properly packaged, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in value of the products as a result of your handling the products in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If only part of the products contained in an Order are returned, only a corresponding part of the total purchase price will be refunded to you. 

In the event of a return of items, the return is free of charge. If you qualified for free shipping by placing an order over EUR 100,00 and subsequently return items that reduce the total value below EUR 100,00, we reserve the right to deduct a delivery fee of EUR 10,00 from your refund. Returns must be sent to the designated return address with sufficient postage. Shipments sent without postage (e.g. "cash on delivery") will not be accepted.

Items of clothing must be returned in perfect condition, new and unused, complete with all tags and labels, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect returned items of clothing for damage and completeness upon receipt. Additionally, the Customer must ensure that the correct items are returned. If incorrect or unintended items are sent back, we reserve the right to charge the full retail price of the originally purchased item(s) until the correct return has been completed. Returns that do not meet the required condition may result in a partial or full refusal of refund.

Please contact us if you have any questions in relation to returning the product(s) to us following the cancellation of your purchase. 

How to Return

Please contact us for a returns label. Returns can be sent through designated drop off points or via home collection depending on the weight of the product and regional restrictions. 

Please ensure you include the returns document with the product to ensure timely processing of the return. Missing paperwork or wrongly shipped goods may lead to issues with return customs processes. Extra costs may occur (as unwanted duties and taxes) which will be charged to the Customer.

Returns not following packing and shipping instructions may not be successfully delivered. Faulty labels (without order identification) may lead to inbound delays or inability to process the return.

Refunding your purchase 

We will refund you the price you paid for the products and the cost of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) by the method you used for payment, unless we agreed on a different method. The refund will be made as soon as practicable and at the latest within 14 working days of when we receive the product(s) back or, if earlier, within 14 working days of the day on which you supply us with evidence that the product(s) have been sent back. 

A refund for items of clothing will only be issued if the returned goods meet the above conditions after inspection.

If an item is purchased in connection with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned when the purchased item is returned. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from the refund amount.
